Virtual asisstant driven by AI!

Striving for the fastest and unmistakable response, we continuously develop solutions for our process automation. In this regard, we are pleased to present our latest addition to our Spare Parts Team serving the processes of ordering and delivery of Spare Parts, namely our Chatbot and Virtual Assistant with artificial intelligence. 

Analyzing the processes in the department, we realized that our clients need better solutions in the following cases:

• Checking current prices and stock quantities
• Communication with our team - by phone, e-mail, etc. outside working hours or from the shopfloor, where you do not have the opportunity to write emails, etc.
• Up-to-date information on promotions and collective deliveries for saving transport costs
• Recommendations for parts that other customers change
• Finding parts without serial numbers
• Field service requests for the replacement of the parts

Listening to our customers and taking advantage of our extensive software experience, we have developed a virtual assistant that is at your disposal at all times. Our assistant will be constantly upgraded with new features, and for the moment you can take advantage of the following:

• Checking up-to-date prices by serial part number - thanks to full automation, we update suppliers' price lists every week and pass the information to the assistant
• Checking stock quantities - every night we update the stock in the MOS Robotics warehouses for the virtual assistant and upon request you can check in real time whether we have the part in any of our offices in the country
• Suggestions for additional orders - for orders below our minimum order value, we'll suggest additions
• Preventive Maintenance - Analyzing all installed machines and replacement recommendations from manufacturers, we will offer you replacement parts that you will soon need to change, preventing unwanted downtime

Features we'll be adding in the next few months:

• Collective orders - when subscribed for we will inform you about collective order to save transport costs - for example grease that cannot be shipped by air courier, delivery time is longer and transport costs are higher
• Promotions - we will automatically inform you about upcoming promotions of specific parts
• Request field service when ordering parts
• and many others
